Great. And to think this is the caliber of people who will be running our health care system.

Oh, I know, believe me. PC has far more human vermin than PCB. And as a golfer, I fear cotton mouths far more than gators.

All the more reason to keep it on the fairway.

Fish and Wildlife Spokesman Stan Kirkland says alligators have "amazing" jumping ability and that allowed it to escape

You'd think that the goofball would have a wild animal with an "amazing jumping ability" in a container/cage to KEEP IT FROM JUMPING.

Blame it on Bush.

Hopefully if he finds his way into some water the tape will get soggy and come off.

True. I spend more on balls in Florida than I do in Ohio.

I remember a boy brought his ‘skull collection’.

All labelled. All sorts of Australian animals.

“Kangaroo”.

“Koala”.

etc.

He finally ended with:

“Fluffy the Cat”

and a row of smaller skulls:

“Fluffy’s Kittens”.

Our teacher got really angry for some reason at these. Caned him. Didn’t seem to mind up until that point.

Same teacher. I showed off my late father’s war medals. The teacher confiscated them because they were too valuable for a boy my age to have charge of. It took years before I got them back.

“Fish and Wildlife Spokesman Stan Kirkland says alligators have “amazing” jumping ability and that allowed it to escape”

That ‘Possum Policeman should have taped the legs, as well - standard procedure for transporting ‘gators.

Aside from the humor of a mere reptile escaping from the truck of a “Statewide Law Enforcement” ossifer, one can’t help wondering about the wisdom of allowing all the “armed and rangerous” to prowl the streets with guns and little competence and less awareness of the Constitution.

They're not all bad.

For example, remember the "professional" job the Fort Marcy Park Rangers did in the Vince Foster "suicide" case investigation during the Clinton Reign Of Terror? :)
