Do you have any actual idea what socialism is? Sweden is a very socialist country and it is not a poor country by any stretch of the imagination. The subject of this thread was changing the hearts and minds of people who see things differently that we do. We're not going to do that with invented statistics and simple-minded and easily-debunked slogans.

Your idea to fund crisis pregnancy centers with government money is a non starter ... Don't you understand that if you take any amount of money you will be obligated to do things their way. In the governments eyes abortion is a VERY VALID option ,, and a quick fix ,, and the government just happens to be in the abortion business ... Do you want your local crisis pregnancy center to be required by law to offer pro abortion counseling and hand out abortion vouchers from medicaid? You're in the wrong part of the internet to sing the praises of reliance on government.
