A California judge has dismissed a complaint challenging President Obama's eligibility to be president citing the "birth certificate from the state of Hawaii" that apparently refers to an Internet image of a "Certification of Live Birth" released during Obama's campaign. The ruling came this morning from Judge David Carter who as WND reported last night apparently recently hired a law clerk out of the law firm that has been paid nearly $1.7 million to defend Obama from eligibility challenges.

At this point, our only hope may be the elections in November of 2010. If we can elect to Congress true conservatives and patriots (instead of just Republican party politician-careerists), then we can have a proper investigation that can get to the bottom of this.
Mr. Obama’s concealment of his birth records (that are on file in Hawaii), as well as his other personal records, can only be explained by his urgent desire to hide critical information from the general public.
Judge David Carter's newest law clerk Siddarth Velamoor worked for Perkins Coie, the same law firm of Robert Bauer, who is the top lawyer for Obama, Obama's presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee, Obama's Organizing for America and the lawyer who defended President Obama in lawsuits challenging his eligibility to be president.
Robert Bauer is married to Anita Dunn, the White House Communications Director, who was featured by Glenn Beck on video as stating Mao Zedong was one of her favorite political philosophers. Bauer and Dunn were named Washington's new "power couple" in 2008. She is the instigator behind the White House's Fox News war, telling Time Magazine "it's opinion journalism masquerading as news." She told the New York Times "We’re going to treat them the way we would treat an opponent. As they are undertaking a war against Barack Obama and the White House, we don’t need to pretend that this is the way that legitimate news organizations behave".
Bauer was recently said to be named to move into the position of the new Chief Council of the White House, replacing Greg Craig. During the election, Bauer used thug and scare tactics on television stations throughout the U.S. to compel them to pull the advertisements of Obama and Ayers and unsuccessfully sought prosecution for those who wanted to run those ads. The total reportedly paid to Bauer's firm to defend against the birth certificate lawsuits as of June 2009 was $1,337,446.12.

So, why was this all done in CA? Much better idea to do it in Montana or Wyoming or even Texas...CA has a permanent I.V. of Koolaid...

Obama's argument could be that the public elected him even though he told them before the election that his father and thus himself were British citizens when he was born. They knew he was not natural born but wanted him to be president! And congress knew he was not natural born, the senate having approved of McCain, though he too was not natural born. Every senator signed Senate Res. 511 in 2008 asserting that McCain should be considered natural born because both his parents were citizens. They all knew at least one of Obama's parents was not a citizen. So the Senate gave its tacit approval that the Constitution could be ignored.
Obama has payed off (through the justice department) the Hawaiian Department of Health and their Office of Information Practices, so attempting to get any information from them is probably futile. Obama has a stranglehold on the U.S. justice department, and with Eric Holder in place, appointment of a special prosecutor means that in some years there may or may not be a report. By that time, if we are not a dictatorship, Obama will be living in Venezuela or Ryadh.
His British father disqualified him from the start. He regards the Constitution as an historical artifact, and has the organization to quash any court case. This is thus far a successful coup, and, wild as it seems, Obama could be thinking of following his newly installed presidents-for-life in Venezuela and Nicaragua, and sadly, Honduras. (Both Nicaragua and Honduras had constitutions limiting presidents to one term, but Obama has forced Honduras into the arms of Hugo Chavez and his acolyte Zelaya.)
We voted for a Marxist and that is what we got. Our Constitution is only a minor obstacle. Our military has rolled over, as seen by the increasing number of deaths, and the officer corp never questioning the Constitutional ineligibility of their commander in chief. Only the citizens remain, and Obama had his Homeland Security Secretary begin preparations for us as soon as she took office.
The most important thing being hidden by Obama is what he is really doing. He can hide anything he wants to, particularly with a captive and nearly bankrupt press corp whom he has hinted at bailing out. He is clearly illegitimate by our constitution and we no longer have representatives or a judicial branch with the will, courage, or desire to demand his credentials.
The document his campaign provided is his birth certificate.

Why are you misrepresenting fact? The State of Hawaii says that “document” is a CERTIFICATION of Live Birth.” The BIRTH CERTIFICATE is what the fuss is all about.
Feel free to perpetuate the deception. The question won’t be resolved until your marxist messiah (Obama) permits an independent inspection of his birth documentation that is on file in Hawaii. Why doesn’t he do that? Because it would reveal something damaging.

I don’t know...there are some things about it that seem a tad on the bogus side to me.
