This report discusses the legal basis under the Honduran Constitution for President José Manuel Zelaya Rosales’s removal from office.
This report was made public. It was requested by the United States Congress. It was sent to the U.S. Supreme Court.
It said Honduras acted in accordance with it own Constitution.
So Zelaya is not president of Honduras. The Honduras Congress and Supreme Court have agreed to do the same process all over again, just like they did before.
