Parents have been banned from supervising their children in public playgrounds, because they have not undergone criminal record checks.
Only council-vetted "play rangers" are now allowed to monitor youngsters in two adventure areas in Watford while parents must watch from outside a perimeter fence.
The Watford Borough Council policy has been attacked as insulting and a disgrace by furious relatives who say they are being labelled as potential paedophiles.

Only a revolution will save Britain and Europe. The dictators and princes have to be removed once and for all. Is it no wonder that the IRA hates having Britain on their island?

I couldn’t support a czar and his nutty family. The people chose their dictator with Lenin and forced their fate. With the czars they had nothing.
With the EU the people of Europe have nothing but slavery. The EU is embracing societal slavery. They recognize that without bondage they can not hold on to the economic and political power of the elites. Power for the centeral authority requires an alignment of the peoples’ will to give them that power. Plantations for the goverment equates to the share cropping of individual incomes and harvest of tax. In each of their small plots of human existence allowed for by the state, the share cropper works to pay the overseers of the state.

Well the first choice of “rump ranger” sounded a little weird.
This is the logical progression from the uber-liberal totalitarian impulse that started with “all men are potential rapists”.
Now, everyone is a potential pedophile.
Don’t think this is limited to the UK. These totalitarians are among us in the USA as well. And they are gaining power.
“Nanny state” is a benign term ... this is pure totalitarianism.
