The victims: Channon Christian and Chris Newsom. College kids Channon & Chris were carjacked by four thugs; Chris was raped prison-style in front of Channon; then had his genitals cut off; then was shot to death. Channon was raped and tortured for two days; had Drano poured in her orifices while still alive; had her breasts cut off; and was put in a garbage bag to suffocate to death. Victims white, perps black.

Compare media outrage over these Knoxville murders with "outrage" over the Duke Lacrosse case.

Tawana Brawley and Matthew Shepard are famous. Ever hear of Channon & Chris?

This is an outrage, not just by Davidson, but perpetrated by the media.

Waiting for the punishment to be delivered by the jury. But I'm pissed: KNOXVILLE - For the first time in Knox County judicial history, a judge will instruct the jury in the trial of convicted torture-slaying ringleader Lemaricus Davidson that it is more expensive to execute someone than to sentence them to spend the rest of their life in prison.

Given what these guys did, I’m guessing the expense won’t outweigh the crime.

Only a fool would think that theft was the motive of this crime. You don’t kidnap two individuals, take them to your home, sexually assault and murder them and then ditch the stolen vehicle.

They pretend that those who serve “life in prison” don’t issue legal challenges every bit as much as those on death row do.

Maybe we need something like a hate crime statute or something? You know, double or triple punishment, not just your ordinary punishment. There is a difference between rape, and rape-rape according to our guiding lights. Maybe those ivy league educated smart guys can come up with something, you know they have the answers to everything else. This story makes me want to cry, and I’m and old former Marine.

They need to FRY these sick, depraved monsters ASAP, every last one of them. Burning alive is too good for these perps. Unfortunately they’ll probably get to live out their sorry lives in prison on our dime, complete with endless appeals and “conjugal visits”.
