And Elk Grove Dan and other California FReepers, I ask, are you aware of the race in the California 10th District on November 3rd? This is the other special election that will be on that day. There is a fiscally conservative Republican in that race who is getting no support from the party and very little attention from the media.
That race pits Demcorat Lt. Governor Garamendi against conservative Republican David Harmer. The district has been gerrymandered into what should be a “safe Democrat seat,” but a poll around the beginning of October showed this race with a single digit margin.
