Their protests at soldiers' funerals is about their being anti-gay than anti-war.

You want to explain the possible common sense connection of protesting gays at the funeral of a non-gay soldier.

Answer: You can't. I know their twisted "dogma".

They appear to hate anyone, all religions, outside their own "church". I doubt they actually have any true position against gays. They are just abusing the demographic-subset to raise hackles.

And you could be right for the same reason, regarding the anti-war Cindy Shehan types. They could have just been jumping on that bandwagon at the time for the purpose of gaining attention.

The PGR and a small band of Freeprs ran these dirtbags out of Reno about two years ago. They got in their cars and left. One of them got in the face of the mother of the fallen soldier. A PGR leaders was in his face and had him cornered before I could get there. The dirtbag complained to a Deputy Sheriff who asked him if he would like to sit in his cruiser while he listened to his complaint. The dirtbag left. It was a proud day.

When they came to Reno we just surrounded them with bigger signs and they backed down and left.
