What did you expect when it was filed by someone claiming to be the "Acting President" of the US?

I had no expectations on this one.

For the record, even if Thomas Jefferson (& the rest of the founders) and James Madison (& the rest of the framers) filed an eligibility lawsuit, I've full "confidence" that it TOO would be DISMISSED/DENIED.
