The only relevant issue is the fact any version of federal health care is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 does not expressly grant Congress the power to regulate health care.Agreed, but you are never going to get the majority of this current congress to recognize the Constitution as relevant.

Assuming that is true, then it is up to the people to make them understand it is relevant. People failing to impress the Constitution is relevant upon their politicians is tantamount to condoning such behavior and ultimately will indeed render it irrelevant. The people cannot allow that to happen. I've been making calls everyday to Senators and Representatives stressing that very point.
