What is most frightening is that everyone in the legislature and all of our agencies know, or those in control know, along with our military, that Obama is illegitimate. That means our judicial branch is either incompetent, or complicit. We do not really know who is running our government, and no one charged with the authority to protect the Constitution is doing it. The IRS will collect our health care dues. A UN-based oversight committee will determine how much of our production goes to third world (read Muslim) countries. It is a hall of mirrors; the man they now call Obama tells us his father was never a citizen, disqualifying him from becoming president, and no controlling authority objects. That means they are accessories to an attack on the Constitution, which some say is treason. This is no game, and it could lead to civil war.

Fox is clearly willing to let Glen Beck expose the Marxists and Maoists, for which it deserves credit. Beck talks about some of the founders, but not about John Jay, Washington, John Marshall, citing the importance and meaning of natural born citizen. Chief Justice Marshall was a Minuteman, and represented Virginia at the ratifying committee for the Constitution. He defined, as clearly as any of the dozens who use the term, natural born citizen in his concurring decision in The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, on p 289: “The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens. Society not being able to subsist and to perpetuate itself but by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.”

The terms “Natives” and “Indigenes” were those used in the French edition of The Law of Nations by Swiss jurist/philosopher Emer de Vattel. The translation, used in subsequent court cases is “natural born citizen.” An indigenous citizen or native citizen is born of citizens, on the soil of a nation. No other definition has been created by our judicial system, though Congress, briefly, in 1790, made a law asserting that children of diplomats born abroad were natural born. A law cannot preempt the Constitution and the act was replaced in 1795.

There is no doubt that we are living under an illegitimate government. Every bill Obama signs, every appointment, every treaty, is illegitimate. With trillions of dollars at stake a return to adherence to the Constitution is not an option for those heavily invested, not just in hope and change, but in pay-to-play. Do they now control our military? Do they control our police? They do control our intelligence agencies, and have shown willingness to challenge them through corrupt senators and congressmen. Prepare for the likelihood that things will get much worse, and then hope that they realize they are outnumbered.
