...you’re exactly right my friend!....it was I-70 and I believe it was a trucker that noticed the killer’s car and called it in....if I remember right the trucker then applied for the reward money...but I don’t know if he ever got it.
....their car was a Chevy with the back seat removed...they could crawl straight back to the trunk and shoot thru a peep hole....the fact that they went to the trouble to modify the vehicle specifically for killing innocent people was chilling.
