I haven't seen it posted, anywhere. This is the first I've heard of it. Subornation of perjury is a big deal. And, it's a bigger deal in federal court.
This Smith character could be called anything but a reliable or credible witness, but the judge is ethically bound to forward this to the CalBar, in addition to either investigate it himself, or referring it to the USA. Having said that, it doesn't appear that he actually perjured himself, which is a tenant to proving someone actually suborned perjury. Long story short, it's probably meaningless, criminally, but perhaps not inconsequential with respect to her own license.
