A one time thing would still be a ‘payment requirement’. JimRob does not want a ‘paid’ site since it brings certain legal issues into the mix, and I am not familiar with them.

There is a ‘delay’ at some sites for new posters and I do think that would be a good thing and would eliminate some rabid ‘newbie threads’.
