mlo ~ No, that's not true. Hawaii has used the COLB form for years.
You deliberately left out the context Didn't you?
DHHL required the long form to establish native Hawaiian rights.
After 0bama's missing long form became an issue, Hawaii stopped issuing them at all, rather than expose their corrupt system to scrutiny.
This forced DHHL to accept the only document DHS would release.
Yes the COLB has been acceptable for years for most ordinary business, but as long as it was available the Long From was required for anything important, like getting rights to Hawaiian land...
No, but you just did. You left out what it was autumnraine said had changed. I was correct.
You are telling untruths.
The land program didn't require other documentation because it was "important", or because a COLB isn't proof. It was a program where to be eligibile your ancestors have to be Hawaiian. So documentation about your ancestors are required.
The COLB is valid for any purpose which requires proving the facts of your own birth, but if the question is one of geneology other documents are going to be needed. Typically, you birthers distort this to fit into your own preconceived ideas.
Thanks Null. Twisting things out of context seems to be an artform with COLB trolls.
