Was it a federal court? If so, we are in the throes of Mr. Jefferson’s feared “tyranny of the judiciary.” We have been for a looonnnggg time — because we keep ELECTING IDIOT PRESIDENTS and REPRESENTATIVES who APPOINT THESE AZZHOLE JUDGES TO THE BENCH. It’s gonna take a long time to solve that one.
If the court involved was composed of elected judges, that SHOULD have been an easy one to solve.
And I can read just fine.
Can you get off your ass and get out there and light a few of Sam Adams’ “brushfires in men’s minds?” I’ve been at it for over 30 years — and have all the proof of that — and the battle scars — you’d ever care to see).
That I haven’t been more successful in saving YOUR nation from our present mess could be because I don’t recall seeing you out there.
