In San Francisco, you can go to ANY paint store, Home Depot, etc. and you will easily see 20 Mexican men standing around 50 meters away, calling out to passing cars, and anyone who looks like a foreman.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for civvies not looking for them to miss them, to say nothing of how simple it would be for LEO’s to pick them up.

Californians stood up and voted overwhelmingly to stop this government sponsored epic lawlessness, only to have the feds, working in concert with their state government co-conspirators burn their ballots and declared their free election illegal....
About 14 years later, as the country nears it's second civil war due to government intrusion, the results of government intrusion into prop 187 can be seen in every state and town in this country.
Some of these people out here can't remember a thing beyond the slop they wolfed down for breakfast this morning.
