I think CA has over 6 million K-12 students. A look at the school demographics and performance is a snapshot of our future. Hard to see how this tide can be reversed.

I don’t think the tide can be reversed. Even Karl Marx said that eventually QUANTITY irrevocably changes QUALITY.
