What has seven patties and a corporate sponsorship? This enormous Windows 7 burger.
BY CHRIS GAYLORD
America may be the home of the corporate tie-in and super-sized fast food. But Japan may have just outdone the US in both fields.
In honor of Microsofts new Windows 7 operating system, Burger King has served up a seven-patty burger. This mighty monolith of meat, more than five inches tall, will only be available for seven days and only in Japan.

But if you feast upon one for breakfast, youd best avoid food for the rest of the day. The Whopper packs in about 2,100 calories more than you should eat in an entire day, according to the FDA.

Talk about bloatware!

Too much meat ruins a good burger. For me, the upper limit is 1/3 pound. That, in my opinion, is perfection.

I’m not much of a burger sort...BUT none I’ve had beat Jack-in-the-Box’s Bacon Cheese Sirloin Burger—with purple onion and Swiss cheese.

That does sound pretty good. I haven't ever had Jack in the Box (because of the region where I live.) There are several regional chains like that I would love to try, however.
My current favorite is the Angus Deluxe (at McDonalds.)
I don't claim to have a discriminating palate, but were calories no object, I would have one of those several times a week.

In spite of being fat, fast foods aren't my particular area of expertise, but you should have access to That Burger.

I remember BK's failed foray into the Japanese market back in the '90s, evidently they've made a comeback. Tasted must better than Mah-koo-doh-nah-roo-doh (McDonald's).

Nothing east of the Mississippi, apparently, except NC, SC, TN, LA, ILL; Nothing in the upper midwest.
And I’d give their website at C at best. They need to get some decent web designers who know how to deliver content, not glitz.
