His magic number is 2000 D3 a day during the months with limited sun exposure.
Which for most Americans today is most of the year!
We are taking 5000ius D3 daily here...it’s working.
Thanks for the links. I will check it out. I thought I read in some of the literature that taking under 2500 IU per day can actually put you at more risk. That if you are going to do it, you need 5000IU per day. Now I am confused....lol.
