This is a power grab of some kind. If Obama had truly been concerned about this flu..HE WOULD HAVE DONE MORE THIS SUMMER TO PREPARE..LIKE MAKING SURE THE VACCINES WERE READY..THAT WE HAD PLENTY OF ANTI-VIRALS AND VENTILATORS! HE DID NONE OF THAT!!
Obama has FAILED UTTERLY TO PREPARE. He is doing this for political reasons! We need to find out what kind of ‘powers’ he just granted himself.
