I remember this guy. He used to post on the wildfire threads. As I recall, he pretty much spammed and wanted to take over wildfire (and maybe weather?) reporting on FR.

I can tell from his (writing) style there that I remember him posting on FR. It was 2-3 years ago. I think he used the name of his “weather service” or an acronym thereof as his sign-on. He was based somewhere in central CA... inland.
