Duh, the mis-spelling is from waking up way too early.

Actually the Google “tool” is built into Firefox. Under Firefox - preferences - security, there’s two check boxes. “Block reported attack sites” and “Block reported web forgeries”. Doing more research on those, you’ll find that Google collects site names that are supposedly “bad” and helpfully blocks them for you.

Further research shows that those check boxes may not be causing the problem. I’ll agree with previous post that a rouge ad is the cause. However, the propeller heads at FN won’t respond to inquiries nor can they seem to fix an obvious problem that’s been occurring for 3 weeks.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/ has the same problem. Although, their front page is blank except for the header ad from Government Motors.
