I don’t imagine the evidence will stand up in court.

This sounds like a case that Kramer would take to Jackie Childs.

Whoever put this up...thank you. I can’t remember when I’ve enjoyed reading something quite so much.
The final laff comes when Hanes requests that the plaintiff remove all videos from the Internet that “illustrate” the alleged defective underwear but the court states it has no jurisdiction to so order.
So out there, somewhere, in the wilds of the Internet, there is a video of this guy in defective underwears that “gaps” and causes much pain in his personal parts.
The article urges readers to go find it.
Great piece.

You put the balm on? Who told you to put the balm on?
I didn't tell you to put the balm on. Why'd you put the balm on?

Summary from the article: ( emphasis mine)
Lets get the boring stuff out of the way. Albert Freed (apparently not!) won a trip to Hawaii. As part of the vacation celebration, Mrs. Freed bought her husband some new Hanes brand briefs. But Mr. Freed is a husky gentleman, and apparently the new trunks couldnt contain all of his junk.(LOLOLOL!!!) He sued Hanes, claiming they made defective underwear.
