I am sorry but I do not blindly tote any political party. I am a registered Independent (that voted a straight R ticket because I saw what was coming). I am an American first. Im not dumb- Anybody against Barry would have my vote but I am happy to hear I won’t have to vote for the lesser of two evils.If it comes down to Barry Soetoro, some planted pub like McCain and a strong conservative party name... I think all the ticked off Americans would rally around the non R or D.
Who cares what the dems think?

Thank goodness. The humour escaped me. Thank you for telling me...but..for the record. I do like Petraeus. Very much. I have no idea what his platform might be but he is certainly a man of honour and depth of character. You cannot say that about many in D.C.
In other words, the Republicans need a stealth candidate with deep conservative roots, no track record, and an ability to convince the nanny staters that he's on their side when he really isn't.
No way will Hillary run again. Norris? Say it aint so. Please. Argh. You are making me nervous. We have two years...less than...to come up with two or three valid and credible names who can win the election. But that means the moderates and Ind also. I am starting to fret.

Roger Ailes Says He Will Not Run in the 2012 Race

Fox News President and CEO Roger Ailes is laughing off the entreaties of some friends and associates and will not run for president in 2012, an aide said Friday.
Ailes replied when asked about the possibility, according to the aide: “This country needs fair and balanced news more now than ever before, so I’m going to decline a run for the presidency. Besides, I can’t take the pay cut.”
Friends and associates have encouraged him to run, POLITICO reported earlier Friday.
“Ailes knows how to frame an issue better than anybody, and that’s what we need now,” said one friend of the he Fox founder, chairman and CEO.
Frank Luntz, the well-known Republican pollster, said Ailes would be a force if he made the run.
“I have known Roger Ailes for 29 years,” says Luntz. “No one knows how to win better than Roger.”
