What was this bill number?

The link has a link to thomas, which shows four versions of the bill. The only one that says passed, says that it was passed by the House of Representatives April 29, 2009 Link to Thomas

"Passed the House of Representatives April 29, 2009."

I'm confused about the status, and when it passed and how it's not ready for Obama's signature.

I've been doing the same with no success. I did find some info on the "cloture" vote which includes the usual suspects HERE,

The Senate first voted 64 to 35 on Thursday on a procedural motion allowing the Senate to proceed to consideration of the bill. Republicans voting for ''cloture'' included Maine Senators Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe, Indiana Senator Richard Lugar, Ohio Senator George Voinovich, and Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski. The lone Democrat voting against cloture was Senator Russ Feingold of Wisconsin. Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) did not vote.
