Decide for yourself what the most disgraceful aspect of this is. Was it the fact that Gibbs told Jake Tapper explicitly on Monday that the White House wouldnt try to dictate to the press pool who should and shouldnt be included before doing precisely that? Was it Anita Dunn going out of her way to say she respects Major Garrett as a fair reporter before the administration decided he didnt deserve a crack here at Feinberg? Or was it the repeated insistence by Dunn and Axelrod that of course the administration will make its officials available to Fox before pulling the plug today?
The other networks deserve the praise theyre getting for standing up to the Baby-in-Chief, but if they had acquiesced in this freezeout, a precedent would have been set that would have been eagerly used by future Republican presidents to close them off too. And dont think they werent all keenly aware of it.

Ping.
We know the Obama doesn’t like ther term “czar”.
Could the interview the Pay Overlord instead of the pay Czar?
Pay Czar = Fascist Gestapo
And if Bush had excluded CNN, the world would have exploded.
The only bright spot in this is that the rest of the White House Press Corps recognized what a threat this is to them all, and this one time the correspondents appear to have awakened, let their balls drop for a fleeting second, and finally stood up to this BS.
We’ll see where this goes, but I think the Fox News boycott is about over.
I got the feeling “he” felt that being a Czar gave him unlimited power to do as “he” pleased whether Congress or we the voters approved or not....and I am beginning to see that all of these Obama Czars have the same attitude. They are the unaccountables. They have been given unlimited power that has no checks or balances.
FUBO
Anybody who doesn’t see who and what we are up against and what it will take to win is blind. And nominating people like Skuzzlebutt in NY-23 when we need conservative shock troops in Congress is insane.
Richard Milhous Obama.
This is madness... God help US!
The list, ping
Great story
I'm not a fan of the MSM - but flat out - the other networks were JOURNALISTS FIRST ... they did what was right. Hats off to all of them.
Didn’t anyway tell Obama to play nice with the kids when he was young? This guy seems more petty everyday.
So much for openness in government.
Banana republic don/t need no stinkin first amendment
