How many N.L. pennants have the Phillies won? I think just a few, 1950, 1980 (World Series victory), 1983, 1993, and last year’s World Series victory. They may have won the fewest pennants or World Series of any of baseball’s original 16 franchises.

The only National League teams to win consecutive World Series were the 1907-08 Chicago Cubs, the 1921-22 New York Giants, and the 1975-76 Cincinnati Reds. So we could be seeing some more history with these Phillies.

Seven (you left out 1915 and this year)

Nope. They are ahead of Cleveland, the White Sox, and Senators/Twins and tied with Pittsburgh and the Browns/Orioles.
