Well if they can win the WS again this year, they’ll be over 2/3 the way the there. Offensively I think this Phillies team is close, but I don’t think the Phillies pitching can be compared to that of the 29’ Athletics.
I agree. Lefty Grove was one of the best ever.
Philly does have a great hitting lineup - has an American League feel to it.
