My home, my castle, my rules - not theirs. They pass this monstrosity, they had best expect two things:
1) A legal, Constitutionally-based challenge in a court of law - with the American Homeowners at-large as the injured parties being represented, and failing such an effort to invalidate/vacate such a summarily flawed piece of “legislation”...
2) Pitchforks, torches, and other “interesting hardware” in hand for a march on DC that will positively dwarf 9-12-2009 by an order (or two) of magnitude.
