I would rather see the BNP gain control than a bunch of Islamists. Given a choice, I regard the Left and the Islamists as being more evil than the BNP.
This is the only way to get the "Conservatives" in the UK to actually start being conservative, namely the threat of being replaced.
Principles of Individual Rights like free speech and private property owe no allegiance to political boundaries or to temporary occupants of an office. The BNP gets the microphone. Period.

Right. The Left-wing, "anti-racist" Labour Party controls the government and thus the BBC. The Left's voice has no trouble being heard 24/7. This issue here is their attempt to SILENCE dissent from their agenda.

Step three, your Jamacian neighbor is deported. Now you are getting kind of concerned because you liked watching football with him. Step four, you go to work one morning and find all your Jewish co-workers are gone.. now you are starting to worry..
..Step five, you get a knock at your door one morning from the heritage police checking on something they found in your ancestry...

Most definitely not government operated! Ever since Reith, successive governments (of both parties) have been irritated by the BBC's independence and have sought, mostly unsuccessfully, to curb it. The most obvious recent case was the BBC coverage of the causes of the Iraq war, particularly the David Kelly affair.

They have a right to speak, but that doesn’t give them a right to use someone else’s microphone. Freedom of speech doesn’t automatically give you the soapbox or stage.
Bingo! How did the Nazis gain power. From exploiting the fear of Bolshevism, as justified as such fear certainly was. The anti-semitism was there, but most of the Nazi campaigns focused on eradicating Bolshevism, and since many felt that the Nazis were the only alternative to Bolshevism, that is what drove their support.
