Titles of books and similar materials are not subject to copyright. What the leftists are doing is low-life, but perfectly legal.
Frankly, I’m not too worried. Let them compete head to head with Sarah Palin, who will kick their asses in sales. A book full of crap by “The Nation” authors has got to be mind-numbingly boring.
What we have here is essentially Rush Limbaugh vs. Rachel Madcow. Rush wins, Madcow loses. Sarah wins, “the Nation” loses.

You can’t copyright a title. Hence the large number of books and films that share titles.
Not the title but the cover itself, they covered their butt on the title(rogue VS rouge), but the cover is definitely an infringement, I am sure they will sue.
