Communists were being convicted of sedition into the 1960s. Some of this crowd, if in the military, could be prosecuted for a violation of 10 USC 894, the penalty for which is death. The rest of this bunch can be prosecuted now for being engaged in a seditious conspiracy under 18 USC 2384, good for 20 years or of 18 USC 2387, good for ten years or 18 USC 2388, good for 20 years.

Its generally not advisable to get involved with groups like this. The government can play real hardball and most of the fellow travelers in these groups, despite their big talk, literally wet their pants when when the Feds come knocking. Frankly, its funny to watch.
