New Alan Grayson Website Violates House Ethics Rules

Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) just took to the House floor to announce his new website, "Names of the Dead". According to the website:

Every year, more than 44,000 Americans die simply because have no health insurance.

I have created this project in their memory. I hope that honoring them will help us end this senseless loss of American lives. If you have lost a loved one, please share the story of that loved one with us. Help us ensure that their legacy is a more just America, where every life that can be saved will be saved.

I'm told this may be an ethics violation because the site was created out of his House office. Developing ...

Update:

The rules in the congressional handbook House Ethics Manual (p. 131) which it seems to violate are as follows:

Member and Committee Websites: Under rules issued by the Committee on House Administration set forth in the Members‘ Handbook and the Committees‘ Handbook, Member and Committee websites –

- May not include personal, political, or campaign information; and

- May not be directly linked or refer to websites created or operated by a campaign or any campaign-related entity, including political parties and campaign committees.

This website is clearly a violation of the above rules.

The disclaimer says "Paid for by Congressman Alan Grayson," but includes links to his campaign website, etc..

But of course nothing will be done to the neanderthal by his fellow DemoMafiosa. I mean, how low to use the deaths of strangers for political gain. Notice his website says to simply share the story of the death of a loved one, nothing about it having to be someone who died because of a lack of medical care or health insurance. Pure deception that this oaf will never be called on. A Republican who exploited death and grieving in this way would be scorned by the DemoCrites and their media organ grinder monkeys. But Grayson will be vetted on MessNBC for "having courage." Put this imbecile out to pasture Florida!

Some of you may recall that this was the same rule that Democrats cited when they blocked some Republican members from calling the House bill on Health Care reform, "Socialized Medicine".

What's good for the goose, is good for the gander.

Interesting, does he have a special “in memoriam” section for all the babies slaughtered in utero directly attributable to his legislative efforts?

This man comes across as demented on TV. Give him more face time! It does not serve the Dims interests, whatsoever.

No he didn’t. I’m sure he would still be living if he had.

BTW: There’s a poll there on whether we should pass health care reform now.

While the GOP is full of spineless bores, the Dems in DC are lunatics. I'd put together a commercial of clips of Grayson, Jackson-Lee, Waxman and all showing their true vile & disturbed nature. End it with “These are the people who want to control your health Care. Americans deserve better.” Alas, as I said, The RNC is spineless and boring.

Funny, if people in the UK, Canada or Cuba live forever, you’d think we’d have heard about it by now.

Here is the story I, liz ashfield, shared about my dear departed Shaun Riley:

My boyfriend, Shaun Riley, and I were visiting London, England. We were hanging out with his friend Ed and Pet. Shaun was employed at the time at a retail electronics shop, but we had no health insurance.

Anyway, there was this thing with his mother, and Shaun was upset, and we went to Winchester to a local pub, and next thing I know Shaun was on kind of a binge.

Anyway, the next day things got bad, as Shaun and I were confronted by zombies. He was bitten -- fortunately, we were in England so he got medical treatment.

But when we came home, the bite got infected. I told him to go to the ER, but Shaun was worried about money, and without insurance we couldn't really afford major bills, and he said he would be fine.

The next morning, Shaun was looking better, but when I got in the shower and Shaun joined me, he tried to bite me -- that's when I realized Shaun was dead, and had turned into a zombie.

Fortunately, I was able to fight him off, and then I chopped off his head, like we had done to the zombies in England.

Every day now I think about my Shaun of the Dead, and realize that, if only we had universal health care like in England, the doctors might have been able to save Shaun from turning into a zombie and trying to kill me.
