We might see another environment such as displaced Speaker Foley in 1994. Does Lollar have that magic? Is the environment sufficiently polluted by bad politics? Don’t know, but betting on it.

His chances are slim. Hoyer imbedded like a Georgia tick. Hoyer is the number two RAT in the House and with Palooza leading a train wreck his chance of moving up are pretty good.

That said, there’s nothing wrong with going after Hoyer and Lollar could make a fight out of it. Hoyer has done nothing in his professional life other than be a poll. He sat out Viet Nam. When Moved to Annapolis in 1965 the Klan marched around State Circle. A gas station down on the docks had a colored water fountain. It would be interesting to review Hoyer’s history
