CNN’s Carol Costello again omitted the liberal source of a statistic she touted during a report on Wednesday’s American Morning, that 91% of talk radio is apparently conservative. Costello also pushed the left-wing aim of localism in radio programming, playing three sound bites in favor of the proposal, versus two against it.

This is outrageous! Liberals need their own radio station!

Model it after Air America!

Not only was her “report” lame. It allowed a bunch of obvious ridiculous statements go un-challenged.

1. The report states that DC voters elected Obama by 93%, but that they only have conservative talk radio - so how is it it that they claim conservatives have too much voice?

2. Randy Rhodes say that she would like to talk to Rush’s audience, but she needs “access” What does she think - that 20 million people are just sitting their from 12-3 to listen to whatever comes on WABC, Rush or not?

Give me a break, replace Rush with Rhodes and that time slot audience goes to zero.

And of course, they never mention the 10000000000000000 NPR stations

Localism = crushing the First Amendment in the favor of a corrupt socialist government.

Randy Rhodes say that she would like to talk to Rush’s audience, but she needs “access”.

The only way Rush's audience is going to sit and listen to that skank is if Obama's stormtroopers hold a gun to our heads and force us to!

Localism is just a code word for fairness doctrine censorship. The White House is out to silence talk radio.

Art Bell needs daytime radio access to tell us all about aliens and conspiracies. Hey, if requiring “access” is good enough for libs...
