That woman is ugly in a manner well beyond physical appearance. She has the sour look of someone who has been sucking on the pickle of liberalism for far too long. So yes, calling her ugly is point-on.
But once again, it is rather odd for you to decry such and then turn around and make scatalogical references to those you disagree with.
