But the point is, according to the "standing" theory that is being tossed around, it wouldn't matter if he was a 32 year old Austrian who had only lived in the US for 5 years. Once he made it past the electoral college, and was "sworn in", no one would have "standing" to challenge his eligibility. One eligibility criteria or all three, wouldn't matter.
