Watch it on you-tube. You can still be a man.
Uh oh.
Oprah’s twice as tough as Couric!
I’d rather her support Rick Perry then that RINO Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Is Rick Perry perfect, NO, but he is the lesser of two evils when it comes down to it
Liberals watch Oprah, and they tend to dislike Palin. Palin’s got nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain.
Yeah, Oprah isn’t known for being nasty to her guests. This sounds like a good thing to me.
Never ever watched an Oprah show. Palin is being pushed by the book publishers. It would have spoken volumes if she snubbed this woman completely making for a nasty dethronement of the Talk Queen.
I don’t like this one bit. Will Opuraaahhh make this a ‘teaching moment” for Palin?
If she’s not going to run for president, then fine I guess.
And she is supposed to be smart...this is a dumb move. Looks like it might be just to jack up sales.
She should only appear on Fox Cable ,,,,forget about the cannibal networks right now .
Exactly. I cant stand Oprah, but I will watch just to see Sarah on her show. I bet it will be a HUGE audience
Oprah can stand by for the single biggest viewership of her mediocre career.
Sorry, not a good idea. Never try to get the better of the host on his/her own program. The host is in control. And this host wants to make the Sarah threat go away, you know she does, and will do what it takes.
Dude if she can’t handle Oprah freakin Winfrey then she has major problems. It’s Oprah for God’s sake
Walmart and Amazon are riding her coattails as part of a pricing war, with Going Rogue down to $9. Might this just further fuel record sales?
And you betcha she’s going to deliver Oprah’s top ratings on the year for her—if not close to all time.
Liberal (women especially) see anyone making choices other than the ones they’ve made as being inherently
“judgemental”.
“Oh, I bet she thinks she’s better than I am because she
)Has a lot of kids
)Didn’t abort her baby
)Keeps in shape
)Has a wonderful husband/marriage
)etc
“
When, in reality, her choices are just that - her choices.
Feminists always stick together.
Depends how you define mediocre—as Oprah could hardly have been more commercially successful. But believe me, I hear ya!
You raise a great point. Also, Oprah has an audience, which brings up a very uncontrollable element. They could be supportive. But, they could also be somewhat hostile, or worse, indifferent. I said up-thread that I don't believe Oprah will be tough - but, I could be wrong.
This will be an interview with tremendous potential upside for Palin, and will also pose some perilous downside as well. It will be the most viewed, most talked about interview since Nixon/Frost - of that, I have no doubt.
Stop posting! THAT says it all. Amen! She did Saturday Night Live and now Oprah. Sarah is fearless.
Sarah’s got a big natural advantage with moderate/independent women, which is part of what the media and the Dems and the RINOs have been working so hard to take away from her.
I think she knows she has to win them back if she stands a chance for the Presidency, and part of what’s needed is to
1) go to them directly,
2) act like she expects their support, and
3) give them respectful attention.
Going on Oprah is one way of doing all three.
