We need everyone and I mean EVERYONE who believes the Obama health reform plan is wrong for America, leads closer and closer to government taking over health insurance, and puts too much power and control in hands never meant to have it, to call your Rep and Senators TODAY. The opposition (the Obama supporters) are holding calling parties today, calling voters supposedly sympathetic to their cause to get them to commit to calling Congress in support of the health care reform bills being written in the dark corners of the Capital. Their goal is to get 100,000 calls in one day--We can get more than that! Encourage your family and friends to call, lock them out of the call boards! We need to hold our ROCfest early this week to keep them from getting their calls in.

Organzing for America is working to bring down our country one socialist policy at a time and they are winning because they are acting. Don't let their minority drown out the majority opinion--Act today! Call your Senators and your Reps and tell then you demand they reject all the health reform bills floating around the Capital and that you deman REAL reform, that will actually be good for the country and for the well being of the citizens, and will REALLY bring down costs.

I started calling my two senators (McCain and Kyl) and my congressman (Trent Franks) daily. It’s interesting to note that McCain has a full blown voice system with prompts to either leave a message, press a number for something, etc. Kyl’s number just picks up with his voice saying “leave a message” and Franks’ line is answered immediately by a staffer.

Does anyone know - do they keep track of who calls, or is it just volume of calls and position? I guess it could vary by office, but I’m wondering if my daily calls really make a difference. Thanks for the info.

I just called Mark Shauer’s office in the capitol, and a live person answered and took my name and message.

I also called Sen. Stabunow and got voice mail. All lines were busy. But left a detailed message.

These people should be held in contempt of the constitution and tried for treason.
