This article offers a good primer on "sideshow" culture for those not in the know. Living in a quiet neighborhood myself, I hadn't heard of this before now.

Where was it that a judge impound the cars of illegal street racers and sentenced the driver to watching it crashed into a small block?

"Ghost riding the whip," a term popularized in a 2006 song by Bay Area rapper E-40, is a sideshow stunt in which a driver slows a car to about 10 mph, puts the transmission in neutral and jumps out of the car while it's moving with music blaring. The driver - and passengers - dance alongside the car or jump on the hood or roof, then, if lucky, return to the vehicle. Otherwise known as "Darwinism in action."

If nothing else, this idiocy indicates a gross over-abundance of luxury in American society...among the lower classes.
All this propaganda BS about “distributive” inequalities and the need for the government (commies in government) to “reform” the “status quo” and work for “economic justice” is just a bunch of communist rhetoric blowing smoke up our a$$es while they destroy our liberty and redistribute our EARNINGS (not our wealth).
