Informed sources close to the talks in Vienna said that the US has in a series of secret meetings informed its European partners of Washington's decision on acceptance of uranium enrichment in Iran.

The subject of Iran's uranium enrichment and WMD aspirations cannot be settled without several other parties participating who have a stake in the outcome.
The Sunnis (primarily Arabs), the Israelis, and the Europeans all have excellent reasons to keep the Iranians from obtaining WMD. The Russians probably want a belligerent Iran, it seems to destabilize the region and drive up the price of oil.
So it is hard to imagine that Bam alone can agree to Iran getting WMD. Israel in particular is not going to go along with that idea. Would Bam stop Israel if they try to take out the Iranian enrichment infrastructure?
Bam is playing a very dangerous game. And not one that seems to have US best interests at heart.
