Disneyland recently had the GAY DAYS festival from oct 4 until 6, and was even on the huge corner screen on Hollywood and Highland where I usually drive by.
Gay days included the first Sunday of Oct - new pin release day. I had no idea it was Gay day until I saw a second couple of guys in matching t-shirts. I seriously thought about leaving but stayed for pin trading. The only sign of the special day was a small bowl of rainbow Disney pins at the cash register.
