My question is: or else what?

'The 0ne' can make things tough for any news outlet. Deny access like he's doing to Fox, maybe get back at them "legislatively", or have the diversity czar yank some licenses. Maybe these tactics won't stand up to court scrutiny, but what private entity has the resources to stand up to the fed in a court battle. Much easier to fold and cut your losses.

Fox by getting out in front of all this kind of protected themselves. Assuming the Bamster tries any intimidation on them, someone like Beck or Hannity can expose it and be taken seriously. The drive-byes by carrying water for this administration look like a pack of fools if they start complaining at this late date. Just my take.

Fox isn’t a broadcast station and don’t have a license to jerk they are a cable show!!!
