That’s the point. Rush would have owned about the same.

I feel that they did RUSH a favor.
The exposed the NFL for what it really is..
Why would RUSH want to be associated with punks like some of the NFL owners.
I love football, however I can't watch over paid babies, criminals, perverts wife beaters etc. Not knowingly. I gave up and quit watching pro sports before Vick.
I watch college only.

Exactly, and Rush was only going to be a non-controlling member of a group of something like 60 people to purchase the Rams.
If Serena Williams (whom I like as a tennis player) can threaten physical harm to league officials and still be allowed to own a “piece” of the Dolphins, then why can’t Rush own a “piece” of the Rams?

Now it is very apparent for all that we have a league of rich old white guys (with very few exceptions) owning teams made up of 70% black players. Now where have we seen this? A bunch of racist liberal rich white guys, using blacks for entertainment. They've just had them replace that surprised, show me the whites of your eyes look with a couple of endzone dances and fist on the chest pumps.
Next on the list will be an old Chinaman in a white suit as the Referee and his #1 son as Head Linesman, #2 son as Line Judge, #3 son as...well you get the picture.

I hope the day comes when Dave Checketts and the NFL realize what a genuine and dramatic error they’ve made. Loss of income is the only thing that will do that to those guys, and I want to believe Rush and American Conservatives (US!) will keep the pressure on until they suffer dearly. At least it’s an opportunity to teach some misguided a-holes in this country the truth.
