Some guy in the Boston Herald had a theory that he was looking for publicity with the hopes of landing a “The Stormchaser Family” type reality show on TLC, Discovery etc.

That makes the most sense of all. I'd like to see this family fined for all the people and time involved to be there for this craft when it fell to the ground. I'd also like my two hours back (they can pay me in 50s) that I watched this on television worried for this little kid and his family. What a disgusting bunch ...

I actually prayed for this kid.
I dunno, maybe in reality my prayers were answered.

That family looked like they just got done sniffing glue though.
