If you go to the site referred to above...american grand jury... you will see the mechanism protected by the constitution to take such action.

I am hoping that we can begin to generate active interest in this because it’s clear that the legislture has no interest in investigating its own members - such as Rangel, the influence of ACORN over the election in Minnesota, and who knows where else there is government high crimes and misdemeanors.

And these tribunals kangaroo courts will be just as successful as the American Grand Juries.

Unananimous verdicts of guilty on delusionary charges by conspiracy theorists lacking logic, facts or proof = FAIL.
