If we’re going to craft a new Constitution, or tweak the current one, there definitely needs to be a clause on term limits for members of Congress. For all of the insight into human nature the founding fathers had, somehow they missed the temptation of politicians to remain in power.

Yep! Two term limit for all federal politicians AND Judges who will be ELECTED at all levels to include the Supremes.

- Franchise (The right to vote and hold office) limited to whose who can pass a 12th Grade Civics Exam given ONLY in English and to those who are native born Americans.
- There shall be a separation of the ECONOMY and the STATE.
- No federal funds shall be allowed for EDUCATION except for veterans.

There also needs to be an end to the IRS. Fairtax, flat tax something else that can mot be manipulated by representatives or lobbyists. Limited with explicit language in the federal constitution so that it could only be increased by a constitutional convention.
If I had my way, 15 percent flat tax collected one time at the retail counter. 5 percent to the federal government, 10 percent to the state.
