A Maoist looks at an imperfect world, including what you just built, and thinks “if only I had a million slaves just like this one. Too bad I'll have to kill millions of others to get my million slaves, but then there are more where they came from. In the end, it will be my nation made my way in my image.”

We are dealing with Maoists, the most extreme radical of all the brands of communists. There's nothing Mao did that these people would not emulate in a heart beat albeit with modern touches, likely far more brutal - if that is humanly possible.
