High schoolers probably have no idea of who Mao was anyway. The idea that such an old, ugly, obviously burned out hippy could apeal to teenagers is ridiculous in extreme. Those kids were probably laughing their asses off at the pretentious idiot. Notice there was little reaction to anything she said.
